We generally don't advise counting calories but still many people do so. Others like to keep an eye on sugars which seems very sensible to us.
So, we thought many of you might like to know that a serving of Kefi contains less calories and less natural sugar than a banana; and even less of both than a pear; and less of both than a cup of pineapple; and again less and less than a cup of blueberries; and less of both calores and sugar than a medium apple .... (All based on average fruits and our reommended serving of 50ml ...)
And none of those fruits are mega-biotic, so ,,,
Could Kefi be the healthiest sweet treat in the world ? :)
